Today I wrap up the last of my 2020 galleries. I am overwhelmed with joy and am humbled at what all you have brought to my heart. Taking a leap and doing something “artistic” as a job is so nerve-racking and rewarding at the same time. I owe this all to you - my clients, my friends, my wonderful family, all of whom have trusted me with your most intimate moments, your special occasions, and your forever memories. 

When I shot this last session, little did I know what Mother Nature was sending us. We trekked through the jungle, we got wet on this chilly and breezy evening, all the while not knowing it was the lowest tide of the year exposing all the anemones, sea stars, muscles, all the beauty that lies in the shallow tide pools of the deepest oceans. I’m always amazed at the beauty of the ocean, especially here on the Sonoma Coast, but when you add the power of a woman, her partner, and the human that they created to the mix, things align to conceive alchemy.

This year I will choose to look past the negativity of last year, choose to look at the light, and I invite you to join me on this journey. Create magic for yourself in your everyday life with the power of perseverance, determination, and awareness.
